These are real files from the real generator, built for a fictional landscaping business in North Carolina. Nothing is mocked up. Open them, read them properly, and judge whether they'd stand up in front of a buyer.

Every page is watermarked as a sample. The business, its figures, and its story are invented for illustration.
The memorandum, teaser, and listing copy are written from each owner's own answers, so a generic version would tell you nothing useful about what yours would look like. Rather than fabricate one, we've shown you the documents whose structure is the same for everyone. If you want to see the memorandum format before deciding, ask us and we'll walk you through it.
What to look for
The arithmetic is shown. Every add-back is listed as a separate line with the total worked out in front of you. A buyer will ask you to justify each one, so the workbook tells you in advance which lines they typically challenge.
The sources are named. Where we quote a multiple range, the document says who published it, when, and what they actually wrote. You can go and read the original.
The gaps are marked, not filled. Where we don't have enough information, the document says [OWNER TO COMPLETE] rather than inventing something plausible. That is deliberate, and it is the single most important thing to understand about how these are built.
Nothing promises an outcome. You won't find a valuation, a recommended asking price, or a projection anywhere in these files, because none of those would be honest coming from a document generator.
