No. We never take a commission, and we don't sell your business or find you buyers — you post your own listings and buyers contact you directly. When you have a buyer, your attorney handles the actual purchase agreement; we just make sure they're not starting from scratch.

Yes. From your kit, download a plain-text brief and hand it to your own AI assistant along with your financial documents. Paste back what it fills in and we show you a preview first — nothing is saved to your kit until you confirm it. The figures are never read or normalized by a model on our end, so what you approve is exactly what goes into your documents.

No. The free estimate on our "What is my business worth?" page needs no email or account — just your industry and roughly what the business earns you, and it returns a sourced range in seconds.

The Buyer-Ready Package includes listing copy written for each marketplace and a guided placement walkthrough. You post it yourself — on any marketplace of your choice — and pay that marketplace directly, so buyers come straight to you with no broker or fee in between. Yes — checkout is open. Register, complete your questionnaire, and choose the Exit Snapshot ($99) or Buyer-Ready Package ($299) at checkout. Your documents are generated after payment and released once a human reviews them.

If documents fail to generate, arrive corrupted, or contain another business's information, that's a full refund, no discussion. If something is wrong because of an error on our end, we regenerate it at no charge. We can't refund a business simply not selling, or a disagreement with figures you supplied yourself.

Yes. Your figures are stored securely and used only to build your own documents. The "blind" versions of your memorandum, teaser, and listing copy never include your business name, location, or contact details, so you can share them before anyone signs an NDA.

We don't write the purchase agreement, letter of intent, or any other transaction-legal document — that requires a licensed attorney who knows your state and your circumstances. We also don't tell you what to charge; we calculate your earnings and show you sourced market ranges, and the pricing decision stays with you and your accountant.

Your document room stays open for 12 months from the date you purchase, with room for revisions as your listing details change.
